The Story behind Arielle's Snack Bar
The NICU journey is exhausting-mentally, emotionally, and physically. Parents often go hours without a proper meal while caring for their fragile newborns.
Arielle’s Snack Bar was founded to bridge this gap, ensuring NICU families have easy access to healthy, comforting, and convenient snacks-so they can focus on what truly matters: their little ones.
Arielle's Snack Bar is a space that brings a bit of comfort, ease and even a moment of normalcy in extremely tough times.
Our inagural fundraising event, Carnival for Care, took place June 29, 2025 to raise funds to support the ongoing growth of Arielle's Snack Bar. To date we've raised over $43,000! Thank you to everyone who supported, sponsored, donated and attended this event. Stay tuned for updates on our next year event!
