FASHION IS PERSONAL

Through our choices in what we wear, we show the world who we are.  For frontline workers – Sinai Health’s champions of care – COVID-19 changed that. While they’ve epitomized bravery, determination, and compassion over this last year, their options for personal style have been limited to scrub caps and shoes. Personal fashion choices replaced with Personal Protective Equipment, medical grade masks, and face shields.

Outside of their scrubs, our healthcare heroes are people.  They have stories to tell of who they are and what their experiences of COVID-19 have been.  Stories we want to hear.

NOVEMBER 17, 2021

Sinai Health’s Fashion on the Frontlines event celebrated the courage and resilience of our frontline healthcare workers – our champions of care.

Partnering with retailers in Yorkville Village, each frontline worker was outfitted with clothing that reflects their personal story and provides an authentic look at the person behind the mask. Each outfit, and the individual story it highlights, helps us share the incredible ways Sinai Health physicians, staff and scientists have been keeping us safe and well throughout the pandemic.
