I’m taking the Hot and Bothered Challenge to take action for women’s health
I’m fundraising to help Sinai Health build a world-leading Centre for Mature Women’s Health, a transformative space dedicated to supporting women through menopause and perimenopause.
Having learned from the powerful voices of women in my life, I’ve seen firsthand the struggles of navigating aging health challenges without proper resources. Menopause impacts nearly half of the world’s population, yet it remains shrouded in stigma and misunderstanding, affecting not just personal health but relationships, workplaces, and even the global economy.
Sinai Health is ready to change that. Their Centre will be the most comprehensive of its kind, addressing the full spectrum of challenges women face as they age.
I’m taking on The Hot and Bothered Challenge to support this cause, and I’d love your help to make a splash for women’s health equity.
The goal is to raise $1000 before 31st March, 2025. For every $100 that we raise I will be taking an ice plunge for 3 consecutive minutes.
Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to better healthcare for women everywhere.
