Taking the plunge for women's health!
In a moment of utter (sober) insanity, I agreed to get involved in The Cold Plunge Challenge in LAKE ONTARIO on Sunday March 8th at Woodbine Beach.
The cause is a no-brainer - to highlight the critical need for increased funding in women’s health research.
I am committed to putting my heart and soul into this, that means no toe-dipping, no waist height nonsense, I am literally plunging myself 100% into the freezing lake.
Your support will give me the added incentive, and focus, because I know this is a serious & worthwhile cause, but boy, do I intend to have fun in the process! Wish me luck!! Caz x
