Kieran's Legacy for NICU Babies
We are dedicating this page in loving memory of our son, Kieran Hamilton.
Kieran was born on February 3rd, 2023 with severe HIE due to cord wrapping during labor & delivery. The doctors and nurses at Sinai did everything they could, and we got 22 hours and 5 minutes with our beautiful baby boy before we made the difficult decision to say goodbye. We held him, kissed him, sang and talked to him, and made sure that he knew he came and left this world surrounded by comfort and our love for him. He passed away peacefully in our arms on February 4th just before a beautiful sunset.
Our hope is that Kieran's legacy will live on to help other babies and families at Mount Sinai Hospital on their unique NICU journeys. It is a tough road that no parent should ever have to go through. Please know that our angel boy is always looking after your sweet babies, here on earth and up dancing with the stars.
