Health gaps disproportionately affect women, especially later in life, where underfunding leaves critical questions about menopause and aging unanswered. From menopause to chronic pain and heart health, too many issues remain misunderstood. It’s time for answers.

I’m about to do something a little crazy: I’m stepping into freezing water to raise money for women’s health.
Why the cold? Because a cold plunge requires resilience, mental grit, and a willingness to face discomfort—the same qualities women show every day when navigating their health journeys.
Women’s health has been underfunded and under-researched for far too long. I’m plunging to help bridge that gap. Every dollar raised goes directly to Sinai Health Foundation to raise
awareness and support for women's health research.
