We’re taking the plunge—literally—for women’s health! Frost Fighters is a team of brave (and slightly crazy) individuals diving into icy waters to raise funds for Mount Sinai Hospital’s groundbreaking new Centre for Women’s Health. This world-leading facility will advance care for women at every stage of life—including menopause, aging, and other critical health needs often overlooked.

For our team, this cause is deeply personal. Our captain has undergone major surgeries at Mount Sinai, experiencing firsthand the hospital’s life-changing care. Now, we’re giving back to help ensure women everywhere have access to the best possible treatment, research, and support.
