Maternal and fetal haematology provides specialist care for pregnant patients and babies affected by blood disorders, including clotting and bleeding conditions, anaemia, thrombocytopaenia, red-cell antibodies, and rare immune-mediated complications of pregnancy.
Our programme brings together expertise in high-risk obstetrics, haematology, transfusion medicine, fetal medicine, and neonatal care to provide coordinated, timely, and compassionate care for families facing complex diagnoses. By integrating clinical care with research and education, we aim to improve outcomes for both the pregnant individual and baby, reduce preventable complications, and develop new standards for care.
Donations will help us expand our leading centre in maternal and fetal haematology, supporting innovative clinical models, patient-centred research, advanced diagnostics, trainee education, and improved access to specialist care for families across our region and beyond.
