We're taking the Hot and Bothered Challenge to take action for women’s health

Hi! We’re Frances and Salena, two best friends who are taking our very first cold plunge on December 1st for a cause that’s close to our hearts.

We’re fundraising to support Sinai Health in building a world-leading Centre for Mature Women’s Health.

We’re doing this for all the women in our lives who have faced these challenges without receiving the understanding and support they truly deserve. By taking on the Hot & Bothered Challenge, we’re making a splash for women’s health equity, and we’d love for you to help heat up our efforts by donating whatever you can. Every gift counts.
