Hi, we’re Sally and Tracy, a mom and daughter duo, and we’re excited to take the plunge—literally! As we dive into the pool before it closes for the season, we’re committed to raising awareness and support for the Centre for Mature Women's Health at Sinai Health. With Sally having navigated the waters of menopause and Tracy on the brink of this life stage, we are determined to break the silence and challenge the stigma that has surrounded menopause for far too long.
We are committed to empowering our daughters and granddaughters with the resources and knowledge when needed that have often been overlooked. It’s time for women to embark on their journeys with confidence, unburdened by the frustrations and gaps in education that previous generations experienced.
As we take on The Hot and Bothered Challenge and make our splash towards women’s health equity, we invite you to join us in this important cause.
